The Perch is available for private events overlooking beautiful Ladybird Lake in the heart of downtown Austin! From business conferences, to community get-togethers, rehearsal dinners, to networking receptions, we're here for it all.

We offer semi-private events for 20-40 guests, full cafe buyouts for 40-120 guests, or for larger events, rental of the entire Waller Creek Boathouse incorporating our cafe + the Austin Rowing Club are available for up to 250 guests.
